Question : How do I pay?
Answer : Gimmeone.co.nz is currently accepting all major credit cards and is still accepting bank transfers etc. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, just let us know in the comments section of the 'Contact' page. If paying by bank transfer though, we will require payment within 5 working days of you purchasing the item.
Question : How do I order?
Answer : Ordering on Gimmeone.co.nz is simple. Just find the tee you like and tell us you want it by clicking on
which is located just below the picture of every tee. Once you have finished selecting all the tees you would like, hit the
button and then
. From there you give us all your details and how you would like to pay and that's it, Gimmeone.co.nz takes care of the rest. Once we have received your order, we will confirm everything is in order and send you an email, then as soon as we have received payment (should it not be via credit card) we will send your tee straight out to you. If at any stage, you would like help, feel free to contact us any time and we will be happy to help.
Question : Are your tees legit?
Answer : They sure are! We loath those people that are taking advantage of the poor struggling musician! We ONLY purchase from licensed, authentic suppliers so you know that your favourite band is getting a little something from the tee you purchased.
Question : How do I contact you with a comment or question?
Answer : Easy! At the top of this page is the 'Contact Us' tab. Click on this link and you will be taken through to a page where you can email us directly from the website. Alternatively, you can give us a call or send us a fax via the numbers at the bottom of this page.
Question : Uh oh! I bought the wrong size t-shirt! Will you exchange it?
Answer : Of course! Just flick us an email and then forward the tee back to us (at your own cost) and we will forward you the size that you want (please note that exchanges are subject to availability).
Postage for an exchange is only $5.00 (providing we have the size you are after available). Please ensure you contact us within 14 days after purchasing your tee so that we may organise all the bits and bobs.
Please note that the tee must be in a re-saleable condition (no more than tried on for size). Please see the next question for further details.
Question : Sweet, what if I want a refund though?
Answer : As is the same for an exchange if you aren't 100% satisfied with your tee, we will happily provide you with a full refund (less shipping costs incurred).
For either an exchange or refund though, the tee must be in its original re-saleable condition i.e. not washed, smelly or worn, etc. If it is not in a re-saleable condition then unfortunately we will not be able to accept it back from you. It is at Gimmeone.co.nz's discretion not to accept a tee back for exchange or refund should we deem the tee not to be in a re-saleable condition.
Please ensure you contact us within 14 days after purchasing your tee so that we know you need to exchange or refund your tee.
Question : Do you do gift wrapping?
Answer : Sure, simply notify us at the time of placing your order with your message and any other special instructions and we will send it off to that special someone for you.* Don't worry; the invoice will not be shipped with the tee, we will sort the billing address out will you once contact has been made.

Question : Shoot! I just placed my order and have changed my mind, can I change my order???
Answer : If you contact us as soon as you know what you want it should be fine. If it is too late though and we have sent your tee though, we will just treat it as an exchange

Question : How much is postage? Oh and how long will it take?
Answer : Postage... for you... nothing!!!!!
That's right! Purchase any tee on the site and get free postage. No minimum spend, no minimum order quantity, nothing, nada zip! Just free postage (in NZ) for everyone.
Gimmeone.co.nz sends all its items via our friends at NZ Post. They are sent via ParcelPost Tracked bags. NZ Post tells us that (once in their hands) they have a delivery lead time of 1-3 working days. We post daily and are committed to sending out the tees (wherever possible) on the day that payment has been received into our account.
Unfortunately, Gimmeone.co.nz cannot take any responsibility for the loss, delay or damage of goods when in NZ Post's hands. Of course though, we will do everything we possibly can to rectify the situation in the unlikely event that any of those things happen.
Question : Do you ship internationally then?
Answer : We can do, flick us an email and we can sort it out for you in no time.
Question : What if I don't see the tee I really want on the site?
Answer : Best thing to do is to send us a message and we will see if it is available for you. We have literally thousands of tees available to us and we can specially order in tees for you. We have monthly shipments of tees coming in so you shouldn't have to wait long. We are really keen to go that extra mile to make you a happy customer.
We really love getting feedback from our customers on tees we should have on our site too. If there is a crazy international band you are into that you can't find a tee for locally, let us know, we can probably get it!
